Get Started with Modu AI

Turn information import, capability generation, serial connection, and write confirmation into one reviewable path.

  1. Install and launch

    Open the desktop app and use the built-in anonymous cloud AI.

    • Download the installer for your operating system and CPU architecture.
    • Open Modu AI and start without signing in or entering an API key.

  2. Import information or a product

    Convert device information into a DeviceScheme that Chat and tools can use.

    • Import Markdown/TXT/HTML, PDFs or images, pasted text, URLs, or choose a product from Public Document.
    • Wait for the app to extract registers, function codes, AT commands, default serial parameters, and parameter limits.

  3. Connect and execute under control

    Map your goal to serial, Modbus, or AT tool calls using the generated device capabilities.

    • Choose the device document in Chat, select a serial port and slave address, or ask AI to list available ports first.
    • Ask for a task such as reading status, changing an address, or setting LoRa parameters; confirm writes, then inspect low-level responses, TX/RX frames, and traces.
